Salut à tous. J'ai créé un petit PDF d'une page pour les Belges, et encore, les Belges francophones, donc ca reste très limité, mais ca peut vite être traduit en néerlandais pour ceux du nord. Cela peut aussi donner des idées pour d'autres personnes dans d'autres pays où un tel arrêté (ou similaire) aurait été rendu, il faut biensur revoir le contenu du document pour l'adapter au pays en question. Donc ici c'est surtout l'idée que je transmet, avec un document en guise d'exemple. Pour ma part, je vais l'imprimer 1 ou 2x et le garder sur moi voire dans ma voiture, et p-ê créer une version A5 pour que je puisse le plier et mettre dans le portefeuille.

Salut Ellipse - ta réponse me laisse perplexe. Dans le fond, je pense que tu as compris que mon objectif avec un tel document en poche était de m'éviter tout débat avec une personne me demandant de le porter. Vu que le port du masque s'applique aux citoyens, en quoi le jugement rendu ne s'appliquerait pas aux citoyens ? J'avais trouvé un site belge récemment qui avait repris 4 jugements rendus dans 4 villes dont Bruxelles, et où on pouvait lire le compte-rendu du jugement. J'en avais parcouru 2 et de mémoire il s'agissait chaque fois de contestation d'amende suite au non port du masque. Je n'y connais presque rien dans le domaine des lois, mais n'est-ce pas ce qu'on appelle une jurisprudence le cas de figure que nous avons ici ? L'autre remarque c'est que je n'ai pas envie de "polluer" ce thread avec ce sous-sujet belgo-belge, mais s'il y a moyen d'améliorer un tel document (donc rapide à lire, peu de texte, véridique, et dont l'objectif est d'être utilisé pour mettre fin voire éviter un débat avec X), cela m'intéresse.@dredger
Dans ce cas précis je ne pense pas que la loi s'applique aux citoyens.Mais bon, tu peux toujours essayer pour voir.
Dernière note : il s'agit du port du masque dans l'espace publique, dès qu'on rentre dans un établissement, genre magasin, il faut respecter les consignes du magasin, et comme ils ont réussi à faire peur aux commerçants, cela mettrait alors le commerçant ou le vendeur au situation embarrassante, et il faut éviter de provoquer de telles situations.
Hi Ellipse - I'm confused by your answer. Basically, I think you understood that my purpose in having such a document in my pocket was to avoid any debate with someone asking me to wear it. Given that the wearing of the mask applies to citizens, how could the judgment not apply to citizens? I had found a Belgian website recently that had listed 4 judgements in 4 cities, including Brussels, and where you could read the minutes of the judgement. I had looked at two of them and from memory they were each about a challenge to a fine for not wearing a mask. I don't know much about laws, but isn't the case we have here called a jurisprudence? The other remark is that I don't want to "pollute" this thread with this Belgian sub-topic, but if there is a way to improve such a document (therefore quick to read, few text, truthful, and whose objective is to be used to end or even avoid a debate with X), I am interested.

Ce que je voulais dire c'est les forces de l'ordre ou les vigiles à l'entrée des magasins n'en auront rien à faire d'un papier s'ils ont décidé que tu devais porter le masque et ceci même si tu es dans ton bon droit. En tout cas en France ça se passera comme ça. A Paris tu seras même amené au poste si tu insistes.

I just wanted to share this video from a medium from Marseille, which I became interested in after she made a prediction a few days before the Beirut explosion.
