Ley Lines?

A Disturbance in the Force
Hello, all!
This is my first post..I am not sure where / how to begin?

I had a strange dream last night that I was walking next to my old friend from elementary school, but get this - we were walking in a white, closed building “version” of stone henge?! It was a really nice building, though could tell it was old...I want to describe it as ‘stately?’ Or like old Greek or Roman...and it was ‘empty’ besides some workers/cleaners in random parts. Couldn’t tell what they were saying, but the ‘feeling’ was that they were angry that there was no one there (besides us) - yet they had to clean.

I remember specifically making many turns in this building, everything white. Looked out a few windows as we turned various corners, bright day outside, green grass (not BRIGHT green, but you could tell it was spring or summer?) In one part of it mentioned to my friend (and I’m not kidding, have not seen this girl in almost 17years) that the “Dalai Llama” visited this place and had a vacation home because we were right on “ley lines” and I fumbled when saying his name in the dream but somehow managed to get it out... Also, this is EXTREMELY bizarre because I dream frequently - but NEVER, EVER - EVER speak in my dreams. Anything that happens usually occurs as a ‘thought’ or ‘feeling’ even if communication is somehow made - it’s never verbal.

That’s why I wrote this post, I guess? I’m not concerned about the dream, it was overall peaceful and nice, just wanted some outside thoughts from anyone?? To me it is very random that any of it happened...and yes I am aware that dreams are random but this one in particular I am hoping for feedback because it really was just neat but strange.....why ley lines?! (Am I even spelling that right?) Dalai Lama? I don’t really know much about him so I’m not sure why he would be in a dream? Let alone me being the one to bring him up! was this a one time opportunity In the dream world??! I feel like I learned something but I’m not sure since nothing happened besides a peaceful walk through, from what I remember.....Do other people have such vivid / peaceful dreams?!

Oh yeah and towards the end there was a room full of what seemed to be ‘junk’ and I looked through everything on the shelves (cassette tapes, books) and although I could read what was on them, did not recognize a SINGLE thing!

Thank you! :)

Hey Ash, welcome to the forum! :welcome: You said you're not sure how to begin, it would be great if you could introduce yourself in the Newbies section here: https://cassiopaea.org/forum/boards/newbies-important-notices-to-all-members.39/ You can have a look at other people's introductions for some ideas :-)

I'm not much of a specialist on dreams myself so maybe others will be able to assist you better. You could also have a look at our board on dreams for some ideas: Memories, Dreams, Reflections

Dreams are usually related to the dreamer's specific circumstances so it may be hard to give you any reliable interpretation without knowing anything about you. Some dreams are universal, such as the Dark Man dream, but yours doesn't seem to fall under this category.

Thank you, both! Sorry, I got ahead of myself and posted while I was still a little sleepy. Wanted to get it written while it was still fresh in my mind. I look forward to checking out the website ☺️

Hello @Ash, and welcome.

An insignificant detail perhaps, but what caught my attention in your dream is that both vocalized expressions "Dalai Lama" and "Ley Line" kind of sound the same (with a repetition of the L's). So maybe (big maybe) a subconscious association at the phonetic level is at play here.
When dreaming about visiting/revisiting places, I usually think about it as a representation (a map) of the actual state of mind, including emotions, and the environment, mostly from the social interactions point of view. Maybe it could help thinking about it this way for the time being until a more clear dream complements this one?

For example, there is a possibility that the building (instead of the usual house) represents the internal state of mind, where some random "cleaning" (processing) is ongoing despite insuffcient attention from the conscious mind (you in the dream)? The childhood friend in the dream could be some version of the emotional you for example. There are many possibilities.

Dreams, when not nightmarish, can be strange and fun at the same time.

Hope you enjoy the forum.

Reading your post I am reminded of ‘My education, a book of dreams’ by William S Burroughs. In it he revisits several places repeatedly. Each place having an episode or continuation of theme, for example death, travel, loss, Anyone interested in dream logic or just up for a good read should check it out. Looking towards the Western Lands.

Thank you, @mkrnhr ! I like That thought a lot because right now I’m fairly caught up & content w/lifes current state, though I am patiently trying to figure out how to improve it (fairly recently one path fell through). But it’s alright!

I hope to have some more nice & clear dreams ☺️ Especially one as peaceful as that felt... they’re just few & hard to come by with my work schedule I don’t get much time in between to sleep. Here’s hoping 🤞☺️

@Holyegrail - fantastic! I will definitely look into that ☺️ A few years ago I started reading Naked Lunch by him but i had difficulty focusing on it at the time so it’s still sitting on a shelf. However, that book you describe - just the description hits close to home!! When I *do* get nice dreams, I sometimes do find myself in different places that I’ve ‘been to’ before, I used to call it the “dream world” because certain places (a river dyke, or field in the dream would look totally different than the spot I associated it in REAL/ waking life - yet when I revisit I *know* it’s that place, etc) so wow! I am afraid AND excited to find that book ☺️☺️

I’m so glad there are other people who understand this stuff! When I try to talk to the few friends I’m close to they just brush it off or act like it has no meaning.

And yes I’m sure they don’t have extreme “meaning” or random, but I do like to think of them as some sort of bigger process ☺️ So it’s really great to hear from you guys! I’m so glad to have found this site

Hi Ash,
I was drawn to your post, ley lines are a feature of my recent understandings in regards to my past lives...
Just a theory that you may have accessed akashic records (memory/reflection from a live you have lived before)? Even looking into this possibility may help you develop more understanding as it has me.

My experience - short version
Have been on my journey beginning september 2017 (found numerology recently and it is exactly when it says my journey began - amazing). 11 months of mental turmoil and the phase of this necessary Transmarginal Inhibition (TMI) has seemingly finished its cycle.
Throughout this period i have been interested in accessing akashic records but had not developed the receivership capability for this stage. All i had managed was to see a Greek 'building' surrounded by garden, a wild sea of green and purple/blue. Its feeling was a divine place and I walked through it seeing, white, light and real energy. I thought about possible meanings of this so much and found no more (or wasnt aware yet where to look). Life then took me to a psychic who said, amongst so many other things, i needed to hear a certain piece of information. It was about my connection to the Oracle of Delphi and my previous life as a priestess of Delphi. This linked so many aspects of my life together. Ley lines are magnetic lines the Tholos of Delphi (temple in my vision) was built upon that the Oracle used to transduce messages from Apollo which the Priestess translated to those who came to her. Transducing Gaia energy to hexametre verse (6 metre is all we have now, the closest to 7 metre is sanskrit).
For me this felt like the missing link (Yes i know we cant always trust our feelings). It linked thing so simple as my favourite colours to also my language ability, my sensitivity to energies, my mental capabilities, my feminine core values and my bloodline and knowledge has exploded since then.
(Of course all this has been seen with an open mind and is a possible theory - that feels right).

Discover if your dreams may help you learn more about what your soul has experience and what that might means for this life you have chosen.

I have missed out so so so many details in the above info so please ask questions as to how I got to certain conclusions if I have not made sense. I just wanted to convey the fact that although something may seem random and an answer has not been found, it may be the seed for the development of a whole different realm of learning. Ask the universe the question and it is amazing to see how the answers come.

@ChristineJade wow!! Yes!! Gosh I do have questions but I’m on break at work so I’ll try to fit some in.

Alright! So when I originally posted this I kind of was “had a feeling” that maybe someone else had the same dream at the same time, since it was so vivid I just could NOT believe that it was only my mind contributing to it, etc. So since then I have kind of come to terms like “alright” feeling kinda weird because I felt no one else was experiencing this kind of “phenomenon” which is what I thought cassiopaea was about (I still have a lot to learn so I’m not quite sure what it actually is 100% but I’m trying!)

So when I sort of felt like the only one experiencing it, I tried to dismiss it as a few other posters said helpful things like my brain kind of reflecting / cleaning, etc.

Fast forward! To now (haha) I have to go back in from break but I’d love to hear about transmarginal inhibition, as well as akashic records I will definitely look into :)

In terms of numerology...I accidentally got into that 2016-2017 and I tried to keep it “under wraps” but anyone who knew me was completely aware that it took over my life. Oh my goodness. I honestly don’t remember HOW I stopped but I feel a little weight lifted now that it’s not a constant.

So I guess that’s another question! What was it like when you were into numerology? I’d love to know anything about your experience because itd be cool to see “other” aspects of it! From someone else who experienced it.

And thanks SO much for the post! It’s so great to think that maybe - just maybe!! I was peering into something that I couldn’t fully understand. With your recollection it makes me feel like it could be a certain “place” maybe different spots in time, who knows! And sorry for being so hung up about just one damn dream, but it’s like I just could not describe how WEIRD, like not dreamlike but it WAS a dream, even thinking about it now I feel a little peace / serene (even though I am stuck in a super hot and completely stressful factory for the rest of the day!!) and I guess I just had a hard time conveying that it felt more than a dream and was just really..really nice.

Thanks for all the information! Hope to hear from you again :)

Hi Ash, sorry it's taken so long to respond. I am interested to hear how much has happened for you since the end of August! It's hard as nothing anymore can be seen as weird, or a phenomenon, as it's the way of life now it seems! Haha

transmarginal inhibition, as well as akashic records
Yes so interesting. I feel TMI is a way that I have needed to learn to undo so much programming that has been running my life to this point. Now as my journey unfolds I am aware of more and more programs that can be 'unpacked', understood and rewired so that I am actually making my own decisions and thought processes now.
Akashic records, dooo it, and have fun :)

What was it like when you were into numerology? I’d love to know anything about your experience because itd be cool to see “other” aspects of it!
I still am into it, I am aware of it in a lot of life and yes one can pull numbers out in every single situation and justify their meaning. My recurring numbers are 1,6,8 and 9 being both my partners and my numbers. 1 and 9 are my numbers along with my current lesson being 6. My partners life path number is 8. For example, my car number plates happen to read (at complete random) 186:186... taking letters and where they are in alphabet into account. So yes, one can go crazy with numerology. I just remain aware of it enough in attempt to avoid this.

I used to think that things just happen by chance. I do not believe this anymore. Every experience or situation and every moment is an opportunity for us to be aware and practice all we have learned to this point as such is life: lessons! Synchronicities... theyre not just a stroke of luck!

I would love to hear how things have developed for you over this time. A few weeks sure does pack a lot of lessons into it!

Me i have vivious dreams too, especially now. By the way i also observe that dreams world also is changing. I see more shapes :D I think it's good that You are aware that You start talking in Your dreams :) For me any time i have some bad period and i see positive colors it means the good luck is coming :)
