Dec 7, 2023
On Wednesday, John Kirby was asked if the war in Ukraine is at a stalemate and if additional funding would help.

TOKYO (Sputnik) - Japan will provide an additional $1 billion in humanitarian aid to Ukraine in line with the G7 countries' pledge to support Kiev, the Japanese Foreign Ministry announced on Thursday.

"[Prime Minister Fumio Kishida] said that this time Japan has decided to provide an additional $1 billion in aid to Ukraine, including humanitarian and reconstruction assistance," the ministry said in a statement following the G7 online summit.

In total, Tokyo will provide Ukraine with $4.5 billion in assistance, including loan guarantees to the World Bank, according to the statement.
Last week, the World Bank said it would give Kiev a loan guaranteed by the Japanese government.

The G7 leaders held a virtual summit on Wednesday to wrap up Japan's presidency of the group. The G7 countries said in a joint statement that they were determined to continue supporting Ukraine.

The US and its allies increased their aid to Kiev shortly after Russia launched its special military operation in Ukraine. Moscow has repeatedly warned that foreign aid to the Kiev regime will only prolong the conflict.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky unexpectedly cancelled his appearance via video-link at a secret US Senate briefing. What does the last minute hiccup say about the situation in Ukraine's power circles?

It was expected that Zelensky would inform American congressmen about the latest developments on the ground in Ukraine and urge them to disburse over $60 billion for Ukraine.

On the same day, the upper chamber failed to vote on a Ukraine aid bill because Democrats threw out GOP border reforms from it. In response, Republicans made it clear that they will not support any further assistance to Kiev unless border measures are included in the legislation. Meanwhile, the current Ukraine military package has almost been exhausted. There are also rumors in the Western press that NATO allies want Zelensky either to hold the talks or to freeze the conflict along the line of contact. Will the Kiev regime be forced to take a pause during the winter season?

"Well, what we won't see is a pause," Scott Ritter, former Marine intelligence officer and UN weapons inspector, told Sputnik. "I mean, the Ukrainians and even the collective West, they’re throwing terms out there like: 'You know, it's a frozen conflict. We fought them to a standstill.' No, it's not a frozen conflict and they haven't fought the Russians to a standstill. Last winter, you know, the Ukrainians had their victory in Kharkov and Kherson. The Russians were consolidating their defenses, they had mobilized 300,000 men, and they were building the defenses. And so there was a pause that allowed [Ukrainian Commander-in-Chief Gen. Valery] Zaluzhny to plan an operation. They had the luxury of time to build the nine, I think they actually built 12 brigades, equipped them, prepared them for this counteroffensive, etc."

"Right now, we have a situation where the Russians are ready. Those 300,000 are fully trained. The majority of them have not been committed to the battlefield. In addition to that, over 450,000 volunteers and contract soldiers were absorbed. The Russians are at full strength with all the equipment, all the wherewithal. There will be no operational pause. The Ukrainians, on the other hand, have nothing to replace what's happening. They're now literally grabbing teenagers and pregnant women and putting them on the battlefield to fill the holes in the lines. There's nothing coming behind, and the West is out of money. There's no equipment. The Russians are not going to hit the pause button to give Ukraine a chance to catch their breath. The entire purpose of the Russian approach has been to grind the Ukrainians down to the point of exhaustion. And now we're there."
Scott Ritter former United States Marine Corps intelligence officer
Meanwhile, it seems that the Kiev regime has found itself in dire straits: it desperately needs Western aid, which is either diminished or delayed; Zelensky is at odds with the Ukrainian military brass; and the Ukrainian people are increasingly losing trust in their president. On the other hand, both the US and EU are bracing for elections next year, which requires shifting the focus on domestic needs. To complicate matters further, Israel is determined to proceed with its war in Gaza despite growing protests in the Arab world and anxiety of its Western partners over civilian casualties piling up in the strip.

However, nobody is going to give Ukraine a pause, according to Ritter. While Moscow has repeatedly made it clear that it is open to constructive peace negotiations, the absence of Kiev's initiative would mean the prolongation of the conflict, the former Marine officer believes.
"We're going to see increasingly the elimination of cohesion on the battlefield as Ukrainians will retreat, as holes will be punched in the line. The Ukrainians are, I believe, in a very short period of time, going to be compelled to make a precipitous retreat back to more defensive positions. And that in itself is a very difficult military maneuver, one which Russia could exploit. You know, if they're prepared to push them back even further, but this winter will be a winter of continued death and destruction for the Ukrainians. And the Russians will continue to put the pedal to the metal and keep putting the pressure on the Ukrainians. The goal and objective of Russia is demilitarization. Demilitarization could have been done peacefully. Right now it's being done violently. And it means the absolute destruction of the Ukrainian military. And that is going to happen this winter. It will be destroyed in its totality."

'Does this mean that the US will try to provoke Russia to attack "NATO country" just to prolong the money laundering in Ukraine?'

7 Dec, 2023

'"They" need money laundering to proceed in Ukraine more than ever because "someone has to finance the election campaign".'

Ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Ilya Kiva was found dead in the Moscow region.
The very same day the Ukrainian hunters assassinated also Oleg Popov in Luhansk. He was 51.

Straight from the murderers' mouth:

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) orchestrated the assassination of pro-Kremlin official Oleg Popov in Luhansk, Ukrinform reported Dec. 6, citing sources within the SBU.

Popov was killed in a car bombing near Avanhard Stadium in central Luhansk on Dec. 6. He served as a deputy in Moscow's proxy government in occupied Luhansk Oblast, which has been under Russian control since 2014.

"It was a completely legitimate target, because before becoming a member of parliament, Popov was in charge of many Russian volunteer battalions, headed illegal armed groups, and killed Ukrainians," an SBU source told Ukrinform. ...

Law enforcement sources told the Kyiv Independent on Dec. 6 that the SBU assassinated former Ukrainian lawmaker and convicted traitor Illia Kyva in Moscow Oblast.

The explosion occurred in the centre of Luhansk, on the territory of the Avangard stadium, when Popov, a former deputy of the LPR People's Council, was getting into his car. He died from wounds in hospital. It wasn't the first attempt; he had already been hunted on the orders of the Ukrainian security services.

Oleg Popov was a deputy of the first and third convocations of the LPR People's Council. Recently, he served as chairman of the LPR State Security and Defence Committee on Law Enforcement and Judicial System issues, legality, protection of human and Civil rights and freedoms. (source, in Ru)

“There are no “sanitary” problems here! Putin warmly shakes hands with officials upon arrival in the UAE after strangely refusing to come within 70 feet of the British ambassador at a Kremlin event for "health reasons":

“Putin flew to the Middle East to greet UAE officials after he surprisingly snubbed several senior European diplomats, including the British ambassador to Russia, just yesterday.

The Russian leader refused to communicate with foreign diplomats in Moscow after the official ceremony to present his credentials in the Kremlin, citing sanitary standards and the threat of the spread of COVID.

Despite this, the Russian President warmly shook hands with his colleagues during his visit to the Middle East."

This is why everything is so expensive in Europe now.

It became known how much the EU overpaid for gas imports due to the crisis in relations with Russia. In less than two years, Europeans have spent 300 billion euros on gas, whereas previously they spent that much in nine years and for larger volumes. The main beneficiary was the United States, which earned 53 billion euros from this. The European Union has spent 304 billion euros on gas imports since February 2022. Previously, it spent so much in nine years, but now in just 20 months. Compared to 2021, the EU overpaid for gas during this period by as much as 185 billion euros. This follows from RIA Novosti calculations based on Eurostat data.

In 2022, the EU spent 15.2 billion euros on gas imports every month. This is 2.5 times more than it spent in 2021 – 5.9 billion euros. Moreover, European costs have increased for both pipeline and liquefied natural gas (LNG). In 2022, pipeline gas cost 7.5 billion euros, LNG – 7.7 billion euros. In 2021, expenses were several times less - 3.6 billion euros for pipeline, 2.3 billion euros for LNG. Thus, over the 20 months since February 2022, the overpayment for gas amounted to 185 billion euros, and in total for these purposes members The European Union spent 304 billion euros. Previously, the EU spent such amounts over several years. Gas cost 186 billion from April 2017 to the end of 2021, that is, almost five years, and 292 billion from 2013 to 2021, that is, nine years.

I would like to remind you that the Ukrainian military is very closely linked to the wild tests of the American BioLabs established in Ukraine, which still remain, in the eyes of the lying media, a conspiracy theory...CDC sounds alarm over in drug-resistant superbugs in UkraineHospitals in the country are fighting a rapid rise in drug-resistant infections, which the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says are 'spread[ing] into Europe.

I remember not so long ago that one of the Ukrainian speakers really "missed" the Calibers. They say Russia has not been striking with these missiles for a long time, apparently it is saving them for something. The Calibers took part in this attack so that they would not get bored.
SkyNews: Russia launched an unexpected large missile salvo at Ukrainian facilities
Last night, Western officials informed Sky News of the launch of a new large-scale campaign by Russia. During this campaign, according to sources, Russian warplanes fired 19 long-range missiles at targets in Ukraine. The target was military installations and facilities used for military purposes.

The strikes on Kiev, according to Sky News, were carried out using heavy bombers, probably Tu-95MS aircraft, which have not been used in the last few months.

It is reported that, in all likelihood, the cruise missiles used by Russia are most likely of the type of "first-class precision-guided munitions", stocks of which Russia could have accumulated in recent months.

It is interesting to note that, according to media reports, the cruise missile attack was not coordinated with drone strikes, unlike other attacks where waves of Geranium-type drones were used.

A potentially new exhibit for the exhibition in Patriot Park, but it still needs to be dragged away from the battlefield, and this is not an easy and risky task.
The Russian military captured the Leopard-2A4 tank for the first time
The Russian military reported the capture of a Leopard-2A4 tank in the Zaporozhye region, which became the first documented case of the capture of a German tank in this region. According to information provided by the military, the tank belonged to the 33rd Mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is reported that the Leopard-2A4 was damaged in battle and abandoned by its crew. The tank was captured by soldiers of the 71st Regiment of the 42nd Motorized Rifle Division of the Southern Military District. The video of the captured tank undermines this data.

Of particular interest is the fact that dynamic protection units 4C20 "Kontakt-1" are installed on the captured tank. According to reports, the Ukrainian military began installing this equipment on German tanks from July 2023 in an attempt to strengthen their armor protection.

Up to this point, vehicles of this type had not fallen into the hands of Russian troops. In this regard, the capture of Leopard-2A4 represents a significant event. It is expected that the tank will be evacuated from the battlefield.

Just the realities of war
Mercenaries with American chevrons found dead near Artemovsk
The commander of the North-V unit of the Southern Group of Troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, known by the call sign "Chibilia", reported finding several destroyed Ukrainian soldiers on the uniform. According to him, chevrons with the American flag were found on the clothes of the victims.

As the commander clarified, his unit recently captured one of the strongholds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlement of Bogdanovka. During the inspection of the captured point, the bodies of servicemen with chevrons of the US national flag on their uniforms were found.

The commander of the unit, in an interview with RIA Novosti, expressed the opinion that people with American flags on their uniforms are most likely mercenaries, since Ukrainian flags are usually sewn on the uniforms of ordinary mobilized servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on these data, however, recently information about the death of mercenaries has appeared quite often.
Наёмники с американскими шевронами обнаружены погибшими под Артёмовском

I want to cite a few more videos, which in my opinion are quite revealing, each in its own aspect.

First of all, I can't help but return to the odious "Luce" Arestovich. I recently quoted his statements and suggested that he was tired of living, the current video strengthens me in this confidence. The guy apparently decided to bury himself with a guarantee, because he encroached on the "holy" in the current Ukrainian understanding. Now he dared to bury the West.
Arestovich: "The West came to the war with its pants down. North Korea can make 1 million. shells, but the USA does not!"
Just in case, I'll translate what this pepper purrs.
"Americans, attention!!! They cannot produce 1 million shells per year. North Korea can produce. About which one ... Are we talking about war and victory? What are the boundaries of 91? We laugh at Russian old equipment, the T-62s are being removed from storage (by the way, Russia uses even earlier T-55 tanks, this is to make Luce even funnier), and I have a question - what do you have instead? Your entire European Union tried to joyfully produce a million shells and produced and handed over as many as 300,000 to us. Op-pa, but we need 17 million. What is this? What kind of war are we talking about? What is it all about? The West came to the war with its pants down, it turned out to be an absolutely "naked king", it is not capable of fighting this war and winning. Well, what can I say? The point here is that not only Ukraine wants to end its life by suicide, the West wants to end its life by suicide in a clash with the global South. To be honest, the longer I watch all this, the less I see the chances of the West winning."

Another wonderful pepper is Dr. Komarovsky, who for a long time on Russian television was the main children's doctor, but with the outbreak of war suddenly became an ardent pro-Ukrainian. He recalls the famous meme in Russia "1941-1945, we can repeat it" and says with sorrow: and they repeat it! The following is significant here. The same meme is definitely about the victory of the USSR over nazi Germany, and if this figure claims that Russia repeats, then with whom does he associate his beloved Ukraine? The answer, alas, is unambiguous. This leads to talk that fascism and Nazism do not exist in Ukraine. These bastards are not at all shy about their fascist aspirations and inclinations, but openly talk about it.
Komarovsky is about "we can repeat it." Yes, this is the pediatrician who treated everything with moist air

The following video is an excerpt from the program of the Lviv TV channel, where the presenters rejoice at the tragedy that occurred in Bryansk. There, a teenage girl harassed by her peers came to school with a shotgun and killed one student, wounded five and shot herself. So these freaks are happy that there are fewer potential participants in Putin's troops.
Moral freaks from UkropTV about the tragedy in Bryansk, the whole point of Ukrainians: "Well, isn't it a beautiful child? There are fewer potential participants in Putin's army."

The last video clip. Here, in general, the title speaks for itself.
An employee of the Ukrainian military enlistment office is stupefied and does not understand why the men themselves do not come to the military enlistment offices after receiving a summons. She's totally serious.
I just want to ask this fool: Have you been to the cemetery for a long time? In Ukraine, in some places cemeteries approach the settlements themselves in terms of area and people may somehow not see this?

Alexander Semyon Vindman[2][3] (Ukrainian: Олекса́ндр Семенович Ві́ндман; born June 6, 1975)[4] is a retired United States Army lieutenant colonel who was the Director for European Affairs for the United States National Security Council (NSC) until he was reassigned on February 7, 2020. Vindman is currently director for the think tank the Institute for Informed American Leadership (IIAL).[5]

Vindman came to national attention in October 2019 when he testified before the United States Congress regarding the Trump–Ukraine scandal. His testimony provided evidence that resulted in a charge of abuse of power in the First impeachment of Donald Trump.

Commissioned in 1999 as an infantry officer, Vindman received a Purple Heart medal for wounds he received from an IED attack in the Iraq War in 2004.[6][7] Vindman became a foreign area officer specializing in Eurasia in 2008, and assumed the position of Director for European Affairs with the NSC in 2018.

In July 2020, Vindman retired after 21 years in the military. He cited vengeful behavior and bullying by President Trump and administration officials after he complied with a subpoena to testify in front of Congress during Trump's impeachment hearings. At the time of his retirement, Vindman's promotion to the rank of colonel had been abnormally stalled by the administration.[8][9] In February 2022, he unsuccessfully sued several Trump allies, alleging that they had intimidated and retaliated against him while he testified in Congress.[10][11][12]
