It's after 2 a.m. in the morning, my deadline is tomorrow, and I have been beaten up by the local police and my right elbow is sorely hurting, but I need to write down exactly what happened to me today before I go to sleep. Otherwise I will forget important details.

I was harassed, beaten, and shocked with a Tazer-like gun in my front yard before my wife and children, and then abused for 6 hours by the ADL-trained local police. I have every reason to believe it is because of my journalistic investigation into 9/11. I have been threatened before in my career as a journalist, but this is the first time I have been intentionally beaten and abused - by the cops.

I have investigated 9/11 since it happened and looked into the many unanswered questions of the terror attacks. I discovered last year that I had had at least two FBI informants crawling around my house for years. This is the main reason I do not feel safe in the United States. It is also why I spend much of the time in Europe or at safe houses in this country, with fellow 9/11 researchers like Ellen Mariani and Eric Hufschmid. I have two small children.

I have only been at my old home in Hoffman Estates for a couple of weeks, mainly because my road-weary children dearly love this old red house, which is the only home they have ever known. It is just a simple Hoffman-Rosner suburban Chicago tract home that my late parents bought in 1957, but it's home.

I had noticed an unusual amount of police activity around my house since I returned. We live on a quiet side street where one might normally see a police cruiser once or twice a week. Since I returned I have noticed all kinds of police cars and devices in the immediate proximity of my house.

But yesterday there was something very unusual around my house. It was an unmarked car with three armed men with body armor driving around my block as I rode my bike to the store. Who in the heck is that? I thought to myself. It looks like they are going to my house, but I won't be there, I thought.

Then today, the same time and the same car with three men passed slowly by my house where the neighborhood kids were playing. "Hello, FBI," I said from my porch and waved.

The man in the front passenger seat waved back. I immediately alerted my wife and kids. Helje said I should stop them and ask them what they want.

For background, today I was working on two rather big stories and I made a lot of phone calls to the Embassy of Israel, the S.E.C., the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, and to an old Israeli living in New York who I have suspicions may be a key player in 9/11. I'd like to discuss this lead but I can't at this point.

All of my calls were about 9/11 related, except for the calls to the Embassy and local consulate of Israel. These were standard journalistic inquiries about Israel casualties and losses in Lebanon. The Embassy press department didn't like my questions, but I told them it's my job. I wanted to know about the number of dead and wounded and if 60 Merkava tanks had been taken out, as Hezbollah claims.

Then I also asked where exactly the two Israeli soldiers had been abducted. I told them that there were at least 15 newswire stories that said the soldiers had been captured in the Lebanese village of Aitaa al-Shaab - inside Lebanon. He was surprised to hear that, too.

Apart from my un-disclosable investigation, the other calls were about how Jacob "Kobi" Alexander was able to flee with more than $60 million dollars last week, several months after it was public knowledge that he and the other Israelis working with Comverse Technology, Ltd. had swindled hundred of millions through fraudulent stock options trades. This has been going on for years, and The Wall Street Journal and Globes (Israel) reported the names and the amounts last March. For crying out loud, my newspaper, American Free Press, reported it in April 2005.

I wanted to know from the SEC and the U.S. Attorney's office how this Kobi Alexander was able to wire $60 million to his account in Israel and flee New York without any body stopping him. "If I wired $5 million to Norway the whole NSA and FBI would be all over me," I said.

The U.S. Attorney's office said they "expect" Kobi will turn himself in. Note to the wise: Don't count on it.

Kobi Alexander was one of the owners and developers of Odigo software which allowed Israelis to communicate instantly on 9/11. It was via the "buddy system" on Odigo software, which allows one to communicate to a large group of people that share a trait, such as the Hebrew language, that thousands of Israelis were warned not to go to the twin towers on 9/11.

Kobi Alexander's Mossad-linked company, Comverse Technology, was a developer and owner of Odigo since early 2000, something The New York Times does not consider to be part of "All the News that's Fit to Print." Comverse makes a black box system called the "Audio Disk" that police, intelligence and security agencies, and governments around the world, have attached to their phone networks. This simple device allows the Israeli employees of Comverse back in Tel Aviv to hear and intercept all the data being exchanged by these naive agencies...everything.

I had finished all of my calls and watched the first part of the Lou Dobb's news program on CNN and was on my way to the store, when I stepped out on the stoop and saw this threatening dark car full of obvious agents of some sort. I immediately warned my wife and kids and rode the bike to the store.

Something is not right, I said to myself, and I stopped at the local wine shop and asked to use the phone. I called 911 and told them that a strange car with armed men is driving around my neighborhood for no apparent reason. I was told that a police car would meet me at my house in 20 minutes.

I was just in my house a few minutes when the very same suspicious car stopped in front of my house and three armor-clad men stood on my driveway. I had just been calling the police department and put down the phone. I was more than a little surprised to see these armor-clad thugs on my driveway.

My wife and 8-year old daughter were already there and I asked these men who they were and why they were harassing my street. Why are you driving around with this unmarked car around my house, I asked? Who are you, anyway? They were not at all willing to identify themselves and were very confrontational, to say the least.

I ran to my front door to call my brother when the three of them tackled me and shocked me with some sort of stun-gun. The three men then sat on me and pushed my face in the dirt, handcuffed me and put me in their car.

Remember, I had called 911 because of a suspicious car in my neighborhood, a neighborhood I have known since 1957, when my parents helped found this town.

I have two small children, after all, and this car looked very threatening to me. This is what I call my normal neighborhood obligations, but I discovered that they are actually watching us. They even joked about it at the station later. "We are watching you," they said.

It should be noted that my neighborhood does not have any crime or gangs or anything of that nature that would warrant an undercover squad to patrol around my house day after day. This is why it is so suspicious. And why are they patrolling around my house?

As they pummeled me, my wife was pleading for me and my daughter was crying. I really wanted my brother, my neighbors, and my son to come help me but before even one minute had passed there were dozens of cops and firemen in my front yard.

Where did they all come from so quickly? How were so many police in my neighborhood at the same time? This is most unusual, as Hoffman Estates is spread out all over northwest Cook County, but there were at least 5 squad cars and at least 10 officers in my front yard within one minute of my being beaten up on my lawn.

Sitting in the squad car with handcuffs on is when the private abuse began. Officer Fitzgerald indulged in offending me, my late mother, a village pioneer, and then threatened to beat me.

When another officer came to the car, he told me that this guy was going to beat the ---- out of me. When I repeated what he said word for word, he would say, "I didn't say that."

He then started to drive me to the station, which is about three miles away from the old village center where I live. Bombarded with continuous verbal abuse, when I would say something from the back-seat he would slam on the brakes so that my head hit the plexi-glass separation window. Typical Chicago cop torture treatment; rough the guy up on the way to the station. This is exactly the kind of thing that I ran against when I ran for mayor of this town in 2001.

I decided to lean back on the seat and not say another word.

When we got to the station, there was a host of white-gloved cops waiting for me in the police garage. When Officer Fitzgerald drove in to the garage, he told the 10-12 waiting cops: "He says cops are a bunch of ........... You can take care of him now."

When they took me out, I informed them that I am a journalist and will write about their treatment. The verbal abuse now came from all sides. They told me I should get out of town, etc. I told them that my dear parents had founded Hoffman Estates, but they didn't care.

When I was in the station they forcibly stripped off my belt and tore of my shirt leaving me clad only in shorts and undershirt. I asked why I was being detained and they told me that I had resisted arrest and threatened the police with my fists, two complete lies.

I was never the subject of any arrest. I had called to police to report a suspicious vehicle driving around my home!

I was thrown into a cell with no water. I asked for a drink of water and was told, "Drink from the toilet."

Why am I being treated this way, I wondered?

At midnight, an officer came to my cell and asked if I could pay $100 to get out. What I am being charged with, I asked? I called the police and they beat me up in my front yard, I protested.

What did I do to deserve that?

My older brother had posted bail and shortly after midnight, I was pushed out onto the street with a good two-mile walk home.

I am shocked at how I was treated, because although my journalism gets me into trouble with police in many places, I have never been treated so brutally in my life. I honestly believe this brutal treatment is connected to my 9/11 research.

I intend to seek asylum in Norway or Switzerland. I can read the writing on the wall.

Investigative journalists are not safe in Iraq - or the United States.

Knowing Bollyn's closeness to Eric Hufschmid, Hufschmid's affiliation with DBS, and the general tenor of the entire 911 movement, we need people who produce some documentation when they make such claims.

Christopher Bollyn (Correspondent with the American Free Press) was born in Chicago in 1957 and grew up in Schaumburg Township where he attended area schools until 1975 when he graduated from James B. Conant High School and began an extended sojourn in Europe and the Middl East. During several summers he traveled from Norway to the Middle East on bicycle trips, crossing Germany, Switzerland, Italy, the Balkans, Greece, Turkey and a number of Middle Eastern countries. Several summers were spent working as a lifeguard on an Israeli kibbutz in the Jordan Valley.

Through traveling and course work, Bollyn has learned to converse in several languages. After three years he returned to the United States and began studies at the University of California at Davis. In 1992, after spending a year studying in Norway and the newly independent Baltic states of the former Soviet Union, Bollyn received a bachelor's degree in history from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Bollyn's area of specialty was Israel and Palestine, and the Middle Eastern wars that have arisen out of this core conflict.

In 2000, while working with IBM Global Network Services, Bollyn discovered a book on the Kennedy assassination entitled Final Judgment by Michael Collins Piper. After donating a copy of the book to the Schaumburg library, Bollyn discovered a censorship process at work at the library. This led to a First Amendment controversy and an event at the library in which Mr. Piper presented his case to an audience of 200.

In June of 2000, Bollyn began working with The Spotlight, a populist newspaper and predecessor of American Free Press, in Washington, D.C. His first assignment was to photograph the Bilderberg conference attendees as they met at Chateau du Lac, Genval (near Brussels), Belgium. Since then, Bollyn has covered 3 other Bilderberg conferences, exposing the membership of that secret and elite organization. While returning to Washington from a weekend in Vermont, the Bollyn family passed through New York City in the early morning hours of September 11, 2001. Unable to return to Washington, the Bollyn family traveled on small roads to their home in Chicago. Bollyn immediately began writing and investigating the crimes of 9/11 and has continued his research to this day.

Many key discoveries about the attacks have been uncovered through Bollyn's research over the years. What about the time on the kibbutz?  That's a bit odd...

The whole thing is odd in fact.  It reminds me of Vincent Bridges' bio...

So, he knows several languages; he must have some linguistic talents.

Look at how much travel he's done - and immediately after high school...whoosh... he's off to the Middle East and biking through Europe... How many American kids are yearning to bike their way through the Middle East at 17 or 18?  That's like Vinnie Bridges and his alleged adventures in England (Cambridge or Oxford, I've forgotten which) and his layabout in Amsterdam in the Ritz...

The period in the Israeli kibbutz kinda makes me wonder why his good buddy Eric Hufschmid isn't investigating HIM!


This just smells odd.  It seems like more of a legend than a real bio.

That's just my initial reaction, of course.  I hope somebody can find out more details (verifiable, that is.)

The beating and arrest story sounds odd to me, well, so does the bio, actually, for the same reasons you mentioned, but - who keeps mouthing off to police in the police car after being tasered and beaten?

The way he describes the trip in the police car, and having his head slam against the plexi-glass, because the cop slams on the breaks at the comments he is making sounds totally disingenuous to me - as if he had not just been tasered and roughed up on his own lawn, but was just riding along totally unaware that these cops  will continue to physically harm him if he gives them trouble.

  Something about it just strikes me as odd - like he was behaving as if he was totally unaffected emotionally by the whole thing, so he just kept on challenging them, as if they had not just beaten him up.  Seems like someone in his position, with his background, would realize that it is a no-win situation and that to 'act up' is to just invite more abuse.

It could simply be that my personality is so different from his that I can't imagine myself saying anything at all in the police car after being tased and beaten up.  I sure as heck wouldn't give them more reasons to hurt me.

I could be completely wrong and he could be telling the complete truth,  but it isn't sitting right in my mind for some reason.

Yeah.  I agree.  The complete lack of emotional content in his account is puzzling.  He tries to use certain emotional scenarios, but the words don't match the imagery.

I agree, we need to see some evidence. Although, I cannot understand why this would be a fabrication by Bollyn, but maybe by someone else? A lot of his story doesn't make sense, like when the town police arrived (5 squad cars and 10 officers!). Why would they need all this back up? And who were the three armed men in the unmarked car? How did he wind up in the squad car when he says the three armed men put him in the unmarked car?

If this really happened he would have a strong case for false arrest and police brutality. Let's see how this all plays out.

One way to discredit the 911 truth movement is to make outlandish claims "in support of the truth (i.e. that there was a conspiracy)" which get proven to be either highly exaggerated or false.  This goes to support that whole "its just those conspiracy nuts" idea.

I have no doubt that the Police are capable of these kinds of behaviors, its just that the total story seems unlikely.  Why would the police do something so incredibly stupid?  According to the story there should be a trail of bread crumbs to substantiate this a mile long, and with his extensive journalistic skills, should be able to prove it.  He should also be able to parlay that proof into a substantial lawsuit, thereby demonstrating the very thing he reports on, i.e. there is a conspiracy to hide the data, and he is dangerous so they attempt to squash him.

Doing a google search on his name shows an astonishing internet footprint.  How does somebody get that much attention?

I don't know, something smells bogus...

The way to deal with troublemakers is:

1) they get involved in "a single car accident late at night and die"
2) you set them up with some bait and they take it and you take them down for a separate reason (e.g. get them with a hooker or some other vice related thing)
3) you make a whole big point about how you are not even going to address their claims because they are so ridiculous (i.e. you ignore them)

You *don't* drag them under suspicious circumstances to a police station, fail to perform an interrogation or provide an arrest warrant or other credible excuse for the action taken, thereby setting yourself up for wide spread attention.

Oh, his brother bailed him out but he still had to walk home????  What is up with that?  If I bailed out my brother, I damn well would stick around to get him out of the police station to either comfort him in his "hour of need" or to yell at him for being so frickin' stupid.

Oh, one more thing, why didn't his wife bail him out with a lawyer in tow?

This does seem odd.

I see it as a veiled (or maybe not-so-veiled) warning to other people (like us) who know about Israel's involvement in 9/11.  You know, the whole "We are watching and coming for you unless you shut-up" deal.

So, if I am as paranoid as he is, I don't think I'm out riding my bike around, especially since earlier he kept mentioning the car, and having to be in safehouses.

One other thought, this might be one of those wituations where the dude lies on purpose to throw bad light on the Israel-connection thing.  They can make an example of him, make it public, and throw it all out as a "conspiracy theory".

A better plan would be to get someone to surreptitiously video the scene.

Could this be a "stunt" to gain credibility?
He could also be an unknowing pawn to help setup Israel.

As I read the article I not only noticed the lack of clearly articulated outrage I would expect from any journalist worth his salt, but also some other details popped out at me.  I thought I'd do some searching.

I immediately alerted my wife and kids. Helje said I should stop them and ask them what they want.

First, that doesn't sound 'right' that his wife would give him this advice.   I decided to see what I could find out about Helje herself, and to verify she's actually his wife...thinking it possible I wasn't 'reading' the sentence correctly.   

So I did a search using "Helje Bollyn" and found verification that Helje Kaskel is married to Christopher Bollyn, along with references to her in regards to the Estonia Ferry investigation.

Summary:

This passenger ferry was used for all sorts of smuggling operations including secret military contraband, approved and aided by the highest levels of the elements of the Swedish government. Why has Sweden enabled, facilitated, and covered-up another nation's crime?

12.02.2005 Mysterious Middle Eastern Connection with Weapons Smuggling on Estonia

     This covert weapons smuggling agreement was authorized at the highest level of the Swedish government, according to Henriksson. This was confirmed in an official investigation of the arrangement conducted by a specially appointed judge, Johan Hirschfeldt. Hirschfeldt's report stated that this arrangement was known at the highest levels of Sweden's government and defense department.

Again, Bollyn's wife is the widow of one of the Estonia victims. 

Could  the "Middle East Connection" having somethng to do with Israel?  Was that the "unknown destination?"  I keep thinking of his rather odd kibbutz connection.

Again, as with Jones and Tarpley, we see "terrorism" being connected with the US Administration when it is more likely the Mossad who's the real culprit.  Is this part of a pattern of deliberate obstruction that benefits Israel?

That makes his age approx. 49.  Does he have an older son by a prior marriage?  When did he marry Helje?

I didn't find anything to 'skewer' Bollyn....but there are some odd connections to be found in the details I came across, or so I think.

As for his story, it just doesn't stand up to scrutiny.  So...why is that?  Remember Alex Jones' story about being detained at the Canadian border?

If that were me I'd.. well make alot of bad words to say the least.. he's bruised and still acts the professional, sore elbow and all!

Looking at his picture.. I know I have seen this man, but not in the D.C. washington. I've got a pretty good sense at being crappy with names but generally never forgetting a face.


Now I am stuck wondering how can he be all over the world with his kids and wife when it appears to me, though I have not yet found the saught after evidence, he's been in the states since June? Again that is speculation, since a large number of nations have the internet, though he writes as if he were there reporting, osit. There's a strong feeling of having met this person as he looks 'seriously familiar(!)'.

I followed a bit on the Hoffman Estates since he implied in his article some family history about having founded the estates. At first all I came up with on a search was Hoffman estates Hotels. After refining my search some a couple 'tid-bits' came up. What sparked my interst was that he mentioned it a few times and claimed "...my dear parents had founded Hoffman Estates." Well I didn't come across that info but found a bit more on a few articles and scenarios it seems he has been in:

I have a strange feeling about this.. I only say this as I stare at the picture.  Well more thoughts have come to mind so maybe I'll be editing this post further.

The more I think about this Bollyn story, the more -John Thomas- and bull it sounds.  And that is very disturbing for a lot of reasons.  

Let me try to show what I mean:

First Bollyn sez:

I was harassed, beaten, and shocked with a Tazer-like gun in my front yard before my wife and children, and then abused for 6 hours by the ADL-trained local police. I have every reason to believe it is because of my journalistic investigation into 9/11. I have been threatened before in my career as a journalist, but this is the first time I have been intentionally beaten and abused - by the cops.

First of all, where does he get this "ADL-Trained" police from?  

Second, he claims that he "has every reason to believe that it is because of his "journalistic investigation into 911."   He uses the terms "safe houses" and talks about "staying on the move" as though he was the one and only person who is investigating 911 and as though HIS info is so deadly that he has to live that way.  A bit dramatic, don't you think?  Has he really produced anything more or better than any other researcher?   The so-called "smoking gun" that he claimed to have produced a few weeks back - Sam Danner - turned out to be a dud.  Why would he be harassed for producing disinformation?

So, let's look at what happened.

I had noticed an unusual amount of police activity around my house since I returned. ... I have noticed all kinds of police cars and devices in the immediate proximity of my house.

But yesterday there was something very unusual around my house. It was an unmarked car with three armed men with body armor driving around my block as I rode my bike to the store. Who in the heck is that? I thought to myself. It looks like they are going to my house, but I won't be there, I thought.

Okay, stop.  He noticed people with body armor and he was able to see this body armor even though these guys were inside a car.  And there was three of them.  Were two in the front seat and one in the back seat?  Or were all three of them in the front?  Or one in the front and two in the back?  

Patrols don't generally have three men because the back seat is reserved for prisoners and most cop cars have all kinds of electronic stuff in the way of a third front seat passenger... So that's a really strange set-up to begin with.

Next, he says "it looks like they are going to my house..." but then brushes that off with "I won't be there."  What about his wife and his "two small children"?  He wasn't concerned about THEM?

But then he drops that line without telling us anything further.  

Then today, the same time and the same car with three men passed slowly by my house where the neighborhood kids were playing. "Hello, FBI," I said from my porch and waved.

He mentions "the neighborhood kids" were playing at his house.  I guess that is for "human interest" effect.  Then "Hello, FBI" he SAID from his porch - and "waved."  Notice that he doesn't say he yelled it out... but that he "said" it.  Now, if I was sitting on my porch and a cop car drove by, it is very unlikely that if I just said "hello" that they would even hear me.  And why did he assume it was the FBI?  

The man in the front passenger seat waved back.

Okay, again, does this mean that there were two men in the front of the car and a third in the back?

I immediately alerted my wife and kids. Helje said I should stop them and ask them what they want.

Now wait a minute.  The car "passed slowly by my house."  Bollyn "said hello" and "waved" and the guy in the front passenger waved back.  The car is PASSING by.  And Bollyn has time to "alert" his wife and kids??? And his wife has time to suggest that he should stop them and ask questions?  

What happened to "slowly passing by"?  With the saying of "hello" and the wave, the car should already be gone.

Okay, so maybe they were going around the block and the wife meant he should stop them on the NEXT pass.

But he doesn't clarify.  Instead, he goes off onto "today I was working on two rather big stories..." High drama, no doubt.  He talks about that in some detail for several paragraphs and then says:

Hello...?

And this from a man who has just been tackled, tasered, abused for 6 hours, released and made to walk home... ??? !!!! Is it just me, or is something wrong with his attitude here?

Back to his story.  

I had finished all of my calls and watched the first part of the Lou Dobb's news program on CNN and was on my way to the store,[ when I stepped out on the stoop and saw this threatening dark car full of obvious agents of some sort.

I immediately warned my wife and kids and rode the bike to the store.

Now, let's look again at what he said above:

yesterday there was something very unusual around my house. It was an unmarked car with three armed men with body armor driving around my block as I rode my bike to the store. [...] Then today, the same time and the same car] with three men passed slowly by my house where the neighborhood kids were playing. "Hello, FBI," I said from my porch and waved.

Now, the previous day when he had thought the car was going to his house, he just thought "well, I'm not there" and that was that.  But today, even if there is some strange confusion about whether or not he was sitting on his porch or whether he had just finished watching CNN and stepped out on the stoop to go to the store (remember, same time, same car... passing slowly by, he waved and said "Hi" and alerted/warned his wife and kids... ), he suddenly decides WHILE ON HIS BIKE RIDE, to call the cops???

Something is not right, I said to myself, and I stopped at the local wine shop and asked to use the phone. I called 911 and told them that a strange car with armed men is driving around my neighborhood for no apparent reason. I was told that a police car would meet me at my house in 20 minutes.

Now wait a minute.  This is a guy who has just told us how he lives his life on the run, staying in "safe houses" (with "two small children" no less) and is on the phone to "the Embassy of Israel, the S.E.C., the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, and to an old Israeli living in New York who I have suspicions may be a key player in 9/11" all day, has referred to cops as "ADL trained" and he calls 911?  More than that, with this "threatening car" filled with "armored" thugs roaming around his house, he goes off  to the store ON A BIKE?  More than that, he leaves his wife and "two small children" at home alone... ???

Well, as improbable as that is, he comes back home.

I was just in my house a few minutes when the very same suspicious car stopped in front of my house and three armor-clad men stood on my driveway. I had just been calling the police department and put down the phone. I was more than a little surprised to see these armor-clad thugs on my driveway.

Now, was he calling the police for the second time, or did he slip here and mess up his story... did he call the police from the Wine Shop or home or both?  And if he called them again after he got home, after he had already arranged for them to come, why???

Details, details.

But again, this is a guy who claims to live on the run in safe houses and he's on the phone all day about a "big story" about 911, and he's SURPRISED to see armored thugs standing in his driveway?

He has already identified them as FBI and waved "Hi" to them, he has just called the police, and he's surprised???

My wife and 8-year old daughter were already there

Say WHAT??!!

What kind of guy is this?  Is he married to an aggressive lady wrestler who goes out to confront the police on his behalf?  And what about the 8 year old child?  Is the mother out of her mind?  Do either of these parents have any neurons firing here?

...and I asked these men who they were and why they were harassing my street. Why are you driving around with this unmarked car around my house, I asked? Who are you, anyway? They were not at all willing to identify themselves and were very confrontational, to say the least.

Well, that's exactly what Bollyn does here: says the least.  He identifies these guys as law enforcement types, they show up in his driveway AFTER he calls the cops, he's surprised, and now he's going to go out (behind his wife and kid) and grill them???

What happens next is very revealing.  Notice he says he is grilling the "armed thugs" and that they are "very confrontational."  Does that, perhaps, mean that he was being aggressive and rude and they were responding in kind?   So many little details left out here.  But anyway, in the midst of a CONFRONTATION with the alleged cops, here's what this genius Bollyn does:

Now, just hold on a minute, Nellie!

This is a guy who lives on the run, in safe houses (with two small children, don't forget), thinks he's got the inside goods on 911, and is having a confrontation with armored thugs in his driveway, and he CUTS AND RUNS AWAY??!!

Well, he says it was "to call my brother..."

Sheesh, hiding behind his wife and kid isn't enough... he has to have his brother?  And remember, he is the one who called the cops about the cops to begin with.  And he is suprised at what happened next???

... the three of them tackled me and shocked me with some sort of stun-gun. The three men then sat on me and pushed my face in the dirt, handcuffed me and put me in their car.

He then says something so stupid and naive I just can't parse it:

Remember, I had called 911 because of a suspicious car in my neighborhood, a neighborhood I have known since 1957, when my parents helped found this town.

I have two small children, after all, and this car looked very threatening to me. This is what I call my normal neighborhood obligations, but I discovered that they are actually watching us. They even joked about it at the station later. "We are watching you," they said.

It should be noted that my neighborhood does not have any crime or gangs or anything of that nature that would warrant an undercover squad to patrol around my house day after day. This is why it is so suspicious. And why are they patrolling around my house?

If this is the best 911 Research has to offer, we are in BIG trouble!

I'll skip the rest of the hearts and flowers nonsense - the "brutal treatment" and all that (Gee, Bollyn, did you ever read about Abu Ghraib??? And you think YOU were brutalized by being tackled for running toward your house during a confrontation with cops? )  I mean, get real!  At any point, in this world with Bush and his fascist maniacs in charge, if you are standing in front of 3 armed men, and you don't UNDERSTAND that you BETTER stand still with your hands in full view, you are NUTS!

Any cop (or other armed thug) would assume, automatically, that when you bolt for the house, that you are going for a weapon.  Such an act is absolutely designed to either escalate the situation or get you killed.

Again, if this is the best mind 911 Research has to offer, we might as well hang it up.

I am shocked at how I was treated, because although my journalism gets me into trouble with police in many places, I have never been treated so brutally in my life. I honestly believe this brutal treatment is connected to my 9/11 research.

I intend to seek asylum in Norway or Switzerland. I can read the writing on the wall.

Oh, get off the soap box.  This is about the most pathetic story I've read since Alex Jones made a big deal with the border patrol on his way to the Bilderberger thing.

Investigative journalists are not safe in Iraq - or the United States.

That may certainly be true, but then, based on all the above ignorant nonsense,  it looks like Christopher Bollyn is not one of them.  He's got nothing to worry about.

An upcoming meeting at the UN to further solidify globalists' control over
the United States is being met with protests around the nation.

Pro-American advocates are coordinating a massive three-day national
protest, beginning Sept. 6, against the "People's Millennium Assembly" of
the United Nations in New York.

Protest organizers say the assembly will usher in the age of global
governance. The assembly is the greatest opportunity pro-Americans will
have to stop the UN and gain momentum for getting the U.S. out, organizers
told The SPOTLIGHT.

Former Soviet dictator-turned-environmentalist Mikhail Gorbachev is
scheduled to open the assembly Sept. 4 at the New York Hilton. The assembly,
which is expected to be attended by all 188 member nations of the global
socialist organization, will continue through Sept. 10.

Assembly participants will consider the adoption of a revised version of the
UN Charter, known as the Charter for Global Democracy.

The new charter calls for the massive restructuring and strengthening of
UN authority worldwide. The UN will unveil plans to expedite the
implementation of world government, The SPOTLIGHT has learned.

The new UN Charter calls for the creation of a global IRS to tax email
communications and international money transfers and to place a worldwide
tax on energy products. The tax revenue would be used to fund the World
Trade Organization's control of international commerce through World Bank
influence over the global economy.

Also under the new charter, there would be a standing UN army establish ed
to enforce international law. People who violate international law would be
prosecuted in the UN International Criminal Court.

Among the organizers for the Millennium Assembly protest are the newspaper,
The Idaho Observer; the American Policy Center; the Restoring America
Committee and Detroit talk show host Tom Wayne.

On Sept. 6, Wayne will lead protests in front of the UN headquarters. There
also will be rallies held at noon in front of district offices of members of
Congress.

Organizers said the purpose of the protests is to peacefully demand
congressional support for the American Sovereignty Restoration Act, H.R.
1146, sponsored Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.). If passed by Congress, the
legislation would effectively cease all American participation in UN
activities and end all U.S. funding.

Call Washington

A national call-in to the switchboard on Capitol Hill is scheduled for Sept.
7, beginning at noon Eastern time. The call-in will enable Americans to
express their opposition to trading national sovereignty for global
governance, according to or ganizers. SPOTLIGHT readers are encouraged to
call their congressman and two senators by contacting the Capitol Hill

Tom DeWeese, executive director of the American Policy Center, plans to hold
a press conference Sept. 8 on Capitol Hill to explain to the American public
why "this is not your father's UN."

Joining DeWeese will be Paul and Rep. Helen Chenoweth-Hage (R-Idaho), who
supports H.R. 1146. DeWeese will deliver to Congress 250,000 petitions
signed by Americans who support Paul's bill.

Take Action

What can you do to voice your opposition to global governance? Here are a
few suggestions:

. Organize a group to converge on the district office of your congressman or
two senators at noon your time on Sept. 6. Make signs. Call your local media
outlets and tell them what you intend to do. Re member to protest
peacefully, insisting that your congressmen support HR 1146.

. Coordinate letters-to-the-editor writing campaigns among your fellow acti
vists over the several days before, during and after the Millennium
Assembly. Make sure you hit the same points several times so that the local
readers begin to understand the truth about the UN. Con tact local talk
radio and calmly in form people about the UN and the significance of the
Millennium Assembly.

. Beginning at noon your time on Sept. 7, call your congressman and two
senators in Washington. You can locate them through the Capitol Hill
switchboard at the telephone number listed above.

. You may want to call the district office of your congressman and ask for a
copy of H.R. 4453, which is the complete opposite of Paul's proposed
Sovereignty Restoration Act. H.R. 4453 promises U.S. support and

The Danes' clear rejection of the euro is a major setback for the
globalists' one world agenda.

The Danish people have prevailed over the big-money oligarchs of Europe and
voted to keep the krone (crown), their national currency and symbol of Denmark's
sovereignty.

On Sept. 28, the Danes rejected the euro by a vote of 53 to 47 percent and
won a decisive battle against the European financial elites who sought to
abolish their national currency and replace it with the euro, the common
currency of the European Union.

Rejecting membership in the "euro-zone" in a national referendum, 87 percent
of the electorate turned out in a historic vote to defend their economic
sovereignty and dealt a severe blow to the troubled common currency of the
European super-state.

The euro, which is shared by 11 nations, has steadily declined in value,
losing almost 30 percent against the dollar since it was introduced in
January 1999.

The Danish referendum on whether to adopt the euro, however, was about much
more than money.

"The essential issue is the preservation of our sovereignty," Pia
Kjaersgaard, leader of the Danish People's Party and opponent of the euro
said. "The euro will erode our national authority and identity at a time
when Denmark is already becoming more and more multiethnic and globalized."

Ms. Kjaersgaard's anti-immigration policy has drawn comparisons to the positions
of Pat Buchanan, Joerg Haider of the Austrian Freedom Party and Jean
Marie Le Pen of France's National Front.

"Do we want to lose control of our lives with more and more decisions made
by the European Central Bank in Frankfurt or in Brussels?" she said. "Do we
want this multiculturalism, this multi-ethnicity, about which the country
was never consulted? I say we don't want either."

The campaign for the euro in Denmark was a lopsided affair pitting Ms.
Kjaersgaard, "an ordinary housewife with three children" against the
big-money interests of Europe.

In a speech in England last December, Ms Kjaersgaard warned the Third
Congress for Democracy that the struggle to maintain national sovereignty in
Europe would not be easy.

"The powers we are up against are dreadfully strong," she told attendees of
the meeting.

Leading the "eurocrat" forces for the European Union is the Association for
the Monetary Union of Europe, founded in 1987 by European industrialists,
whose board of directors includes the heavy-hitters of the Bilderberg club:
Viscount Etienne Davignon, Giovanni Agnelli, Jacob Wallenberg and Kenneth
Clarke, to name but a few.

The Center for European Policy Studies, the official European Union think
tank with headquarters in Brussels, is directed by an elite group of bankers,
barons, princes, and the very same viscount Etienne Davignon.

Following the big boys, Danish proponents of the euro include most elites of
business and labor, the Danish mass-media and 46 of Denmark's 48 newspapers.
European Union propaganda is even aimed at children in elementary schools
across Denmark.

Against this mighty machine rose a modern-day Joan of Arc ready to throw a
wrench in the works in order to defend the sovereignty of her nation against
"that federal state that the peoples of Europe don't want."

The euro has been described as "an economic device designed solely to
achieve a political end-namely a federal Europe of impotent member
states"-under the control of the Brussels-based bureaucracy led by the
oligarchs of Europe and their appointed ministers.

The ascent of the European Union (EU) coincided with the demise of the
Soviet Union; as the Warsaw Pact disintegrated in the East, a new European
super-state was rising in the West.

throwback to stalin

During the past year the EU has displayed a similar leftist intolerance of
democracy and national sovereignty shown by Stalin's Soviet Union.

The unelected "komissars of political correctness" in the EU reacted to the
elections in Austria in which Haider's Free dom Party won 27 percent of the
vote by applying sanctions to the Austrian na tion.

The Danish public sided with the Austrians and disapproved of the EU
bullying of a small nation. The sanctions were hurting the euro campaign in
Den mark and were recently jettisoned in an attempt to manipulate Danish
public opi nion to support of the euro.

Apart from the current weakness of the euro, the Danes who opposed
membership in the "euro-zone" feared that joining would result in a
reduction in the Danish standard of living, a lowering of the value of the
retirement pensions and an increase in immigration.

The Danish referendum was being closely watched in Britain and Sweden where
similar decisions will have to be made in the future.

Ms. Kjaersgaard saw the euro falling apart and said neither Sweden nor
Britain would ever hold referendums on the issue if Denmark voted "no". "I
think, in the longer view, that the single currency could break down if we
vote 'no.' "

Behind the scenes, the recent official announcement that the security
clearance of Martin Indyk, the U.S. ambassador to Israel, has been
"suspended" while his alleged security violations are being investigated,
marks a turning point in U.S. intervention in the Middle East-years of
meddling involving not just regional power brokers but the powerful
organized-crime syndicates that are the peculiar hallmark of Israeli
society.

Israel is on the verge of civil war," warned Ovadia Yosef, the orthodox
chief rabbi, last month. His followers de nounced the Barak regime as
"traitors," ending in sharp confrontation with leading secular politicians
who were less hostile to the Barak-Clinton axis.

In this inflamed atmosphere, leaders of the orthodox Jewish fundamentalists
(known as the haredim) and Israeli crime-syndicate bosses decided that
Indyk-now serving as the U.S. ambassador to Israel and blamed by the
orthodox for the Clinton administration's crude manipulation of Middle
Eastern affairs-must go.

Early last month, retired Gen. Ariel Sharon, the tough godfather of hardline
Zionism, known as the "The Butcher" for his killer forays against dissident
Arab settlements, arrived in Washington accompanied by several orthodox
aides.

They confronted U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright with an explosive
report charging that Indyk had resorted to bribery, threats, coercion, false
promises and frequent unauthorized use of classified State Department files
in a crude campaign to bend Middle Eastern leaders and their policy
decisions to his will.

The report, compiled in part by orthodox gangland operators who bugged some
of Indyk's back-room meetings, was "painfully detailed," said a veteran UN
political analyst, who, like other sources, asked for anonymity when
discussing such "ultra-sensitive" matters.

Under the circumstances, Albright could not ignore what is a ticking
time-bomb of an international scandal.

She suspended Indyk, with the understanding that by the time this affair
could reach any sort of resolution, both she and the embattled envoy will be
looking for new jobs.

ORTHODOX OUTLAWS

In Israel, under what is probably the world's most permissive legal system
and no written constitution, rackets that are strictly banned in most
civilized nations-money laundering, drug-profit banking, weapons smuggling,
white slavery, the trade in illicit "blood" diamonds, international
assassination and kidnap contracts executed by Israeli government agents for
hire-are considered perfectly legal.

Such outlaw operations now account for a major segment of the Israeli
economy, contributing tens of billions of dollars yearly to Israel's
revenues-and to the finances of the political parties who have divided
control of these "black" business empires among themselves, explained Dr.
Tamir Harcourt al-Maroun, the noted Middle Eastern economist.

The orthodox haredim, who make up between 10 and 15 percent of Israel's
population, run the underworld diamond trade, from the killing fields of the
Congo to midtown Manhattan.

Orthodox fundamentalists also control the white slave traffic that,
according to recent UN reports, has turned into a global growth industry,
luring tens of thousands of unlettered, dirt-poor young women from Third
World villages and Eastern European cities into enforced sexual serfdom in
"rich" countries.

Recently, haredim wearing Judaic ritual garb have also taken over
street-level smuggling of what is known as "designer dope," such as the new
drug, "ecstasy," which has invaded major U.S. cities in the past decade.

Secular factions, on the other hand, own the franchise for money laundering,
involving Israel's major banks in sanitizing billions of dollars in
international drug profits and other criminal loot.

Secular politicians control the "direct-action" teams of government agents
who hire out to perform "black-bag" jobs, terror strikes, murders and
abductions abroad for a price, such as the attempted kidnapping of former
Nigerian Finance Minister Umaru Dikko in London.

President Bill Clinton, determined to impose a "peace settlement" on the
strife-torn Middle East from the moment of his inauguration, realized that
to exert influence over the brass-knuckle Israelis ...

Liberty Lobby dropped by the corporation in New York City that counts your
votes during elections. What we found was terribly strange.

It is urgent for Americans to become involved in the upcoming election and
vote-count as poll watchers, election judges, observers and reporters at
every level and in every state to prevent massive vote fraud.

Citizens for a Fair Vote Count plans to conduct an independent tally of the
election results based on reports provided by patriotic Americans from
across the country in order to challenge the monopoly held by the major
media networks on the national vote-counting process.

Despite the widespread belief that the government supervises the tally of
the results on election night, the reality is entirely different: The vote
is tallied by a little-known private corporation called Voter News Service
(VNS), located in New York City.

Created in 1970 as News Election Service (NES), VNS has existed in near
total secrecy for 30 years and may well be the most powerful corporation in
the world.

VNS is a creature of the major networks, including Fox and CNN, the wire
services, The New York Times and The Washington Post.

"The networks have total control of the vote-counting process in this
country" is how James and Kenneth Collier des cribed the power of VNS in
Votescam: The Stealing of America.*

VNS is run by Bill Headline, executive director, and a board of managers,
which is comprised of a representative from each of the six major networks:
Carolyn Smith from ABC; Tom Jory from AP; Kathy Frankovic from CBS; Tom
Hannon from CNN; and Sheldon Gawiser from NBC.

Robert Zimmerman of Fox News refused to provide the name of the Fox
representative.

Liberty Lobby's legislative liaison Christopher Bollyn recently visited the
office of VNS in New York City and al though Bill Headline was unwilling to
be interviewed, Bollyn spoke with Lee C. Shapiro, director of media
services.

When Bollyn asked Shapiro about allegations that VNS has co-opted the
vote-counting process in America, Shapiro insisted that the results they
disseminate are "unofficial."

"The office was surprisingly messy and unprofessional," Bollyn said. "There
is a troubling atmosphere of secrecy and I wouldn't trust any data that
these people provide."

When Bollyn asked Shapiro if she thought that the networks should be
involved in counting the vote, she said that "there is no federal law
mandating how votes are to be counted."

A VNS brochure provided by Shapiro states "Voter News Service is the only
national news organization charged with tabulating election-night voting
results."

The vote results are tabulated in each county, mainly by computer, and then
transferred to VNS where they are tabulated in secret and disseminated to
the public, which accepts them without question.

When Bollyn asked Tom Hannon, CNN representative at VNS, about the
possibility of the election results being altered within the computer, by
the internal computer code, which is secret, or by external "hacking,"
Hannon replied that he was "way off."

Hannon said that VNS does not "count the vote" but went on to say "I am
confident that it is an accurate vote count. It reflects what we are being
told by state and local officials."

However, computer tabulated votes at any level, precinct, county or state
leave no paper trail-they cannot be recounted or verified.

Only the person who wrote the program to count votes in each state knows if
the results are fair or if fraud has been committed. The process is neither
transparent nor verifiable. The software is not open to public scrutiny.
Neither is VNS.

The brochure goes on to say "VNS is a member of the National Council of
Public Polls (NCPP) and adheres to its standards."

However, when The SPOTLIGHT called the phone number for NCPP provided by
Shapiro to ask about the standards, the phone was answered by the office of
the Andrew Kohut at the Pew Trust.

Kohut's secretary told The SPOTLIGHT that NCPP "doesn't really exist
anywhere" but that it has a web site, (www.ncpp.org).

From the web site all inquiries about NCPP are directed to Edward J. Efchak
at (201) 646-4379, vice president of marketing and research at The Record, a
newspaper in Hackensack, N.J.

When Efchak's office was called, the secretary said that she had never heard
of NCPP.

The West Virginia Reform Party, by unanimous vote of the executive
committee, has declared Citizens for a Fair Vote Count, an election watchdog
group, a standing political committee so members can receive credentials as
official observers at all precincts on election day.

The executive committee's resolution will be presented to the general
membership for approval during a statewide meeting Sept. 30 at the
Mid-Mountain Con ference Center at Flatwood.

Once approved, as party leaders expect, volunteers will begin receiving
credentials to be present Nov. 7 for the counting of all ballots in West
Virginia.

The West Virginia Reform Party is calling for use of paper ballots in all
precincts to overcome fraud, citing the book Votescam by Jim and Ken Collier
and Citizens for a Fair Vote Count, based in Cincinnati.

is being prepared for the American Voter.' So that's where the title of this
e-wire comes from. In a nutshell, the trap is the exposure of the ridiculous
and "made-to-be-rigged" systems in use for the past 27 years, -- as a
prelude to providing the phony solution: the machines, already in use in
Chicago, which contain two way modems, and which can be manipulated by
satellite and cell phone technology.

The Spotlight editor changed the title to what you see below, but here is

It's all part of the plan. First the media exposes the flaws in U.S.
elections, then it recommends new technology to fix the situation. The only
problem is this new technology opens up the process to vote fraud on an even
larger scale.

Major television networks are in the process of preparing a trap for
American voters. After years of ignoring documented evidence of election
fraud and easily-rigged computerized elections, the controlled media is
suddenly doing a limited expos� on computerized voting systems, which they
have been protecting for the last 20 to 25 years.

In the next phase, the same controlled major media will be clamoring for
America to "enter the 21st century" by exploiting technology to create an
election process that is even easier to steal.

Notice that Bollyn seems to be actually implicated in this process of "exposing the flaws of the voting system" so that there is a clamor for "new technology."  Was this lost on everyone else?

On cue, Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), point man for the ruling elite, has
emerged to announce that he will be submitting new legislation to Congress
and the Federal Elections Commission.

Prepare to hear the globalist Establishment calling for voting machines that
can be easily manipulated from a central location. This means the new
systems such as those manufactured by Election Software and Service (ES&S),
have two-way computer modems inside each voting machine.

Amidst all the TV ads promoting the wireless internet, cell phones that can
make wireless calls from one end of the country to the other, new ES&S
voting machines can be accessed by satellite technology.

Those controlling the satellites and the computer codes could access and
query the voting machines during election day-and alter the results.

This raises the specter of hundreds of thousands of voting machines in
precincts all over the United States being manipulated near the close of an
election day-changing the results of an election either nationwide or in any
targeted region. Americans, who push the button at the end of the voting day
and get the computer generated receipt, would have no idea whether the
results generated were real or rigged.

The ultimate goal of the globalist-combine is internet voting, where
everyone could vote from their home computer or from an ATM machine. While
you would know how you voted, no one would know how everyone voted, except
those at "command central," wherever that may be.

GLOBALIST CONFAB

From June 21 to 25, a sinister conference took place in Athens, Greece,
supported by billionaire George Soros and others of the so-called "Direct
Democracy" movement.

The entire conference was a planning session on how quickly Internet voting
could be forced down the throats of Americans and the people of the world.
Representatives from almost every major country were present, even though
the conference was not reported in the world's controlled press.

But, because the day is far off when every home will have a computer, the
next hoped for phase is voting machines that can be controlled by satellite.

With either the new modem/satellite systems already in use in Chicago and
Phoenix, or with Internet voting, the results would be totally unverifiable
by local citizens.

This is exactly the opposite of how the election system should work.

Paper ballots, easily read and easily marked by voters, should be kept in
public view in plastic boxes at each precinct all day. At closing time,
citizens from every faction would count the ballots in public view,
witnessed by those who were not counting-a reliable procedure.

The results would then be posted in clear view for all to see at each
neighborhood precinct before ballots left the neighborhood. Under such a
system, no election could be rigged from a central location.

At the present time, Americans are paid below minimum wage to work in the
election day process, even while their county is shelling out vast sums of
money to one of a few mega-corporations who help "count" the votes.

Just as national defense is our safeguard against foreign enemies, honest
elections are our defense against domestic enemies. After 25 years of
computerized elections, the federal government looks as if it is being run
by domestic enemies.

Remember, as Josef Stalin said, "Those who cast the votes decide nothing,
those who count the votes decide everything."
